Tybee Island Wedding Photographers — I met Morgan just moments before her sunset ceremony to Cory and she really set the most casual and joyful tone for her wedding. She mentioned how she didn’t care much about the dress, the flowers or any of what she saw as little details. She cared that Cory, the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with, along with dear family members were all present and that was most important to her.
Cory was equally as casual, joking with everyone there and sporting blue shorts with tiny lobsters on them. That’s right, make it your wedding.
We had a few moments to make some portraits and for me to get to know them a bit better before Dana Johnson of Tybee Bride would arrive to perform another touching and flawless ceremony. These two couldn’t stop laughing and it really made for the highlight of my evening and my week.
The sun bouncing off the dunes and around these two during their ceremony was stunning. I was actually standing in the ocean during their ceremony since tide was a bit high, but I wanted to be sure to get the lighthouse in their background. I’m not complaining, actually I’m very grateful to get to stand in the ocean and do what I love.
